User Agreement

Agreement to use the service

By registering or using customer-account features, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you agree to this User Agreement and the other website policies.

Eligibility and registration

You must be legally capable of entering an agreement or use the account under appropriate adult supervision. Each account should belong to the person whose name, mobile number and email are registered.

Account security

Keep your password confidential and do not allow unauthorised account access. Notify us promptly if you suspect misuse. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Profile and address information

Keep your name, contact details and delivery addresses current. We may rely on the selected saved address and mobile number when confirming and delivering an order.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Create false, duplicate or misleading accounts.
• Place fraudulent orders or misuse Cash on Delivery.
• Manipulate coupons, reviews, loyalty points or invitations.
• Upload harmful content or interfere with website operation.
• Access another user’s account or restricted admin features.
• Use the service in violation of applicable law.

Orders through your account

Orders remain subject to product availability, address and delivery validation, pricing, payment and confirmation by Pandya Sweet Mart. Account order history is provided for convenience and should be reported if it appears incorrect.

Reviews and customer content

Reviews must reflect a genuine experience and must not contain unlawful, abusive, deceptive, private or infringing content. Submitted reviews may be moderated, edited for obvious formatting issues, approved, hidden or removed.

When a review is approved for publication, you allow us to display its content with the customer name or other presentation shown during submission.

Coupons, loyalty points and benefits

Any coupon, loyalty-point balance or promotional benefit is subject to its displayed rules. Benefits have no cash value, cannot be transferred unless permitted and may be corrected when credited by mistake, fraud or a cancelled or refunded order.

Communications and notifications

We may send necessary account, security, order and delivery messages using the contact information you provide. Optional marketing or browser push notifications may be disabled through the available preference or device controls.

Restriction or termination

We may restrict or close an account where reasonably necessary for security, suspected fraud, repeated failed orders, policy violations, legal compliance or protection of customers and the business. You may contact us for account assistance.

Updates and governing law

We may update this agreement when features or legal requirements change. Continued use after an update means the revised agreement applies. Indian law governs this agreement, subject to mandatory consumer rights and appropriate jurisdiction in Gujarat.
