Delivery service area

Delivery is offered to eligible locations that our team can reasonably serve from Pandya Sweet Mart, Shop No. G-7, Avkar Hights, Kaliyabid, Bhavnagar. Availability is confirmed during checkout or order confirmation.

Free-delivery distance and charges

The delivery rate, free-distance limit or service area may be updated for operational reasons. The amount displayed and confirmed for your specific order will apply.

Distance and location validation

Where available, checkout may request permission to access your current location and compare it with the shop location. Distance may be estimated using map, route, address or geographic data. Browser location requires your permission.

If location cannot be obtained, is inaccurate, does not match the selected address or the route is not serviceable, our team may verify the address and revise or confirm the delivery charge before accepting the order.

Accurate delivery information

Customers must provide a complete address, recipient name, reachable mobile number, landmark where helpful and correct location. We are not responsible for delay or failed delivery caused by incomplete, incorrect or inaccessible details.

Delivery timing

Any delivery time is an estimate. Preparation time, product availability, traffic, weather, order volume, address access and other circumstances may affect arrival. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate a material delay.

Receiving the order

A responsible person should be available to receive the order, check the package and complete payment when Cash on Delivery applies. Please inspect the order promptly and report a missing, incorrect or visibly damaged item as soon as reasonably possible.

Failed or repeated delivery

If the recipient cannot be reached, the address is inaccessible or delivery fails for a customer-related reason, we may return the order to the store. A repeated delivery may involve another charge and depends on product condition and availability.

Perishable products

Sweets, dairy, bakery and other food products may be perishable. Store products appropriately after delivery and follow any storage guidance. Quality concerns should be reported promptly with the order number and supporting details.

Festival, bulk and special orders

Large, wholesale, customised or festival orders may require advance confirmation, additional preparation time, a separate delivery arrangement or payment terms agreed with our team.

Changes and contact

Contact us promptly to request an address or delivery-time change. A change is not guaranteed after preparation or dispatch. These terms may be updated as our delivery service develops.
